I have had a phone call from SR in Liverpool who told me that he had been speaking recently to one of the musicians who played at Pedro’s funeral. Apparently this man said that the funeral had affected him deeply and made him realise he needed to change certain things in his life.

He recently applied for a new post, which he was very keen to obtain, but did not feel he was sufficiently prepared. He took with him one of Pedro’s memorial cards and entrusted himself to Pedro’s prayers. He said he played ‘like a dream’, and was offered the job.
