Three years ago I started to have medical conditions that, at that time, I considered isolated but were getting worse little by little, with increasing frequency and pain to the point of my being unable to walk on some days.

I was worried about not being available for my children and of missing the possibility of attending Mass every day.

Two months ago, when I was unable to walk, I asked Pedro to help me get a diagnosis without having to go from one doctor to another. It turned out that the specialist who was treating me at the time was away at a congress. Since the pain was so severe, I consulted a doctor from another specialty. He asked me to take some tests to begin to make a diagnosis.

I kept asking Pedro for that quick diagnosis. I have never shied away from pain, but I am terrified of needles and did not want to be pricked all the time. "You know what I'm talking about", I kept repeating to Pedro.

This specialist gave me an appointment for 10 days later, to see how things had developed and discuss the results of the tests.

Even though my mobility was still very reduced, when I came back to see him, I received the good news: I had a diagnosis. I have an autoimmune disease and although it will accompany me all my life, thanks to Pedro's intercession, I was diagnosed very quickly.

Talking with friends, it turns out that I know other people with the same condition but whose diagnosis has come after a long time between doctors, examinations .... and needles.
