Hello! I wanted to share my story and how praying and asking Pedro Ballester for help helped me.
I'll try to keep the story short. In February/March of this year, my daughter (who was 12 at the time) came home one day telling me that her right thumb hurt. I saw that she had a tiny scratch under her nail, but I didn't think much of it. Only a week passed and everything got so complicated that she had to be hospitalized because what was wrong with her thumb was a bacteria called Staphylococcus aureus, and she had to be given antibiotics intravenously. When she was admitted to the hospital, the first thing they did was take an X-ray to see how badly her finger was affected, and it turned out that the bacteria had reached the bone, so they scheduled an MRI for the next day to see more precisely how badly the bone was affected.
While we were waiting for the MRI results, I decided to go and do a plenary indulgence for my father-in-law, who had died five years ago from COVID, and the only thing I had left to do was receive communion. I couldn't find anyone to give it to me in the churches, so I went to my children's school (called Campogrande in Hermosillo, Mexico), and the school chaplain gave me Communion there in the chapel. He saw that I was sad and asked me what was wrong, and I told him what my daughter was going through. That's when he gave me a prayercard of Pedro Ballester so that he could intercede to do me a favour. So I asked Pedro to please make the MRI results as good as possible. And when the results came back, they showed that it had reached the bone but was very superficial. That was the best result we could have hoped for... I owe that favour to my father-in-law and to Pedro Ballester.
Also, near the end of the treatment, they had to perform a procedure to insert a central catheter so they could continue administering the antibiotic because the veins in her arm were already very damaged. On the last day of the antibiotic treatment, the central catheter had to be removed, and the doctor told us that she had to stay in the hospital one more day to check that she didn't have a fever and thus rule out any infection so that my daughter could be discharged.
When they removed the central catheter, she developed a fever, which the doctor had told us should not happen. I was very worried, so I asked my father-in-law and Pedro Ballester to please help her. I placed the prayercard of Pedro with her in bed and a rosary so she could sleep, and she no longer had a fever. Pedro also helped me there.
In total, my daughter was hospitalized for 13 days and was discharged two months after leaving the hospital. Thank God she is very well and healthy, and thanks to the favour of Pedro Ballester and my father-in-law who interceded for her.
I promised Pedro that when everything was over and my daughter was well, I would tell my story to the email address on the prayer card they gave me so that they could see how much he helped me.
I will continue to ask Pedro for favours! Thank you.
