Our youngest son, aged 20, who is very shy, was angry with us, his parents. He accused us of having restricted his freedom so much that he became shy and fearful of how others judged him. While he was living with us, he behaved like a runaway tenant and not like a member of the family.

We then entrusted him to Pedro. One of his grandmothers, his parents, his brother and sister, prayed a novena for him.

The novena ended on the feast day of Our Lady of the Rosary. The following Sunday, he had lunch with us and we had many conversations at the table, sharing his opinions and engaging in dialogue with everyone. He was relaxed and pleasant.
