I want to relate to you about a favour Pedro did for us, because it is only right to be grateful.
I have a brother whose birthday is on 22 May, like Pedro, and I often pray for him, asking Pedro to be his friend and intercessor.
We are a migrant family of Hispanic American origin. The cultural change was difficult for my brother and, as a result of very difficult circumstances, he fell into drugs and alcohol. At a young age, he was already in prison for six months and was released on the condition that he would not commit any further offences.
But, unfortunately for him, he did something stupid again and the police caught him. Therefore, he had to go to prison immediately.
I began to pray to Pedro and it occurred to me to ask my mother to ask the solicitor to prepare an appeal so that my brother would be spared from going to prison for a second time. We were very afraid that he would be imprisoned again, because in reality he is a boy with behavioural problems and vices, but in prison there are murderers and thieves and real psychopaths, and we were terrified at the thought of him going through the same thing again.
Pedro helped us and they have given him another chance. This boy has rehabilitation pending, and I continue to ask Pedro for that miracle, and I know that he will help us rescue that soul.
This is what I wanted to share. I ask you to pray for my brother, who has a beautiful name, and for Pedro to help all of us in the family.
